Engagement & Agreements

• Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges

• Timelines depend on client responsiveness and approval cycles

We operate as a strategic partner, not just a task-based vendor.

Payments & Fees

• All fees will be communicated before starting any project

• Advance or milestone payments may be required

• Delayed payments may result in paused services or delayed delivery

Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and required assets on time

• Respond promptly to approvals, feedback, or requests

• Maintain clear communication throughout the engagement

Delays from the client side may impact timelines and outcomes.

Performance & Results

While we apply proven strategies and systems, we do not guarantee specific results (such as exact revenue or lead numbers), as outcomes depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, competition, and client execution.

Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables (such as websites, creatives, or systems) are transferred to the client upon full payment

• Hiylight Media retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business, technical, or strategic information shared during the engagement.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve platforms such as advertising networks, analytics tools, or hosting providers. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policies of these third-party services.

Termination

Hiylight Media will not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

• Issues arising from third-party platforms or client-side actions
